I used 1 small head of cabbage for the diced 5 cups of cabbage. Leave out the stem.

Ultimate Meat Lover's Pizza Pasta Bake (Protein Pasta + Cottage Cheese)
1/2 lb high-protein bow tie pasta (chickpea, lentil or Barilla Protein+)
1 lb mild pork sausage
2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
1 large onion, diced
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
1 (8 oz) package sliced pepperoni
2 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz low-fat cottage cheese, blended smooth
6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
Steps
Cook the protein pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water and set aside. Protein pastas go soft fast, so pull it a minute early since it keeps cooking in the bake.
Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. This is what replaces the third bag of mozzarella.
In a large skillet, cook the pork sausage, diced onion, minced garlic and dried oregano over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread just enough spaghetti sauce to coat the bottom.
First layer: spread 1/3 of the cooked pasta over the sauce. Cover with 1/3 of the remaining spaghetti sauce. Spread half the blended cottage cheese over the sauce, followed by 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Spread the cooked sausage mixture evenly over the top.
Second layer: spread half of the remaining pasta into the dish. Cover with half of the remaining spaghetti sauce. Spread the rest of the cottage cheese, sprinkle one 8 oz bag of mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Scatter the cubed ham evenly over the cheese.
Final layer: add all the remaining pasta. Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle the last 8 oz bag of mozzarella and the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Arrange the sliced pepperoni over the top.
Bake 40 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
Let it sit 5 minutes before serving so it sets.

Creamy, custard-like, and naturally sweetened with cinnamon — this high-protein, low-carb loaf is the kind of breakfast that keeps you full, balanced, and energized all morning. It's a keto-friendly, sugar-free staple that tastes like French toast but nourishes like a meal prep dream.
Enjoy it plain, with a drizzle of sugar-free syrup, or even sliced and toasted for a gluten-free French toast twist.
Ingredients
8 large eggs
8 tablespoons (1 stick) grass-fed butter
8 ounces cottage cheese (or cream cheese for a richer texture)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (optional but recommended)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Prepare a loaf pan: grease it lightly and line with parchment paper for easy removal.
Blend together the eggs, melted butter, cottage (or cream) cheese, and cinnamon until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until it's puffed, golden, and a toothpick comes out clean.
The texture will be soft and custard-like — similar to flan.

Ingredients
– 3/4 cup greek yogurt (100 cal)
– 1 egg (70 cal)
optional topping 1 tsp of [coconut sugar](https://amzn.to/3Y0FwdT) (13 cal + 3g sugar)
Method
Mix yogurt and egg until no clumps are present and pour into a small ramekin dish. Top with coconut sugar (if using) and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven (it will still be a bit jiggly in the center) and place in the fridge to chill, then enjoy!
Sweeteners
– If you want to incorporate sweetness throughout the entire cake (not just the top), I suggest adding 2 tsp of coconut sugar or another granulated sweetener of choice. I don't recommend adding a liquid sweetener such as honey or maple syrup as this will make the cake less firm. I also love making this (or any dessert) without any sugar and then after it's baked, you can drizzle raw honey on top for your preferred sweetness – that way you aren't stuck with one sweetness because sometimes you want more and sometimes you want less depending on how you're feeling.

My protein cookie dough recipe needs just 3 main ingredients to make, and it tastes like actual cookie dough! Ready in minutes, each serving packs in over 30 grams of protein. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
6 Servings
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut or seed butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey/sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup water * See notes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. Slowly add in the protein powder until a thick and crumbly texture remains.
Using a tablespoon, add enough water until a thick consistency remains. Fold through the chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice.
Enjoy immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a more firm edible cookie dough.
Notes
Only add enough to achieve the desired texture of cookie dough.
Serving size: 1/3 of a cup
